Ryan and Kelley Archer, husband-and-wife Metro Detroit real estate team

Meet Ryan & Kelley Archer

Ryan and Kelley Archer are a husband-and-wife real estate team with CENTURY 21 Curran & Oberski, based in Canton and serving buyers and sellers throughout Metro Detroit. We know Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Novi, Ann Arbor and Farmington Hills especially well, while working with clients across the region.

Our approach is simple: listen first, explain things clearly and give you the information you need to make the right decision for you. Sometimes that means moving quickly. Other times, it means slowing down, asking another question or taking a second look. Either way, you can expect straightforward guidance and an honest perspective at every step.

Two Perspectives. One Approach.

You get two perspectives on the same home. Ryan tends to look at what it costs, what it is worth and what it may need. Kelley looks at how it could work for you, what it could become and how the pieces come together. We do not always read a house the same way, and that is deliberate. On a decision of this size, two considered perspectives are more useful than one.

Ryan | The Property and the Numbers

Ryan is a licensed builder, which brings a different perspective to every walkthrough. He can help you look beyond how a home shows today and understand what a renovation might involve, what improvements could realistically cost, and whether the asking price makes sense based on what has actually sold nearby.

He also works with real estate investors, bringing a practical perspective to rental properties, short-term rentals and cash flow. Whether you’re buying a home to live in or a property as an investment, Ryan helps you understand the numbers—and the property behind them.

Kelley | The Potential and the Process

Kelley’s strength is seeing what a home could be and helping clients see past what it is today. She has an eye for layout, light and flow, and can help you think through what’s worth changing, what’s worth keeping and which imperfections shouldn’t distract you from an otherwise great home.

She also keeps the process moving and makes sure clients understand what comes next. From navigating the steps after an offer is accepted to making sense of an inspection and deciding what’s worth addressing before a sale, Kelley brings clarity to the details that can otherwise feel overwhelming.

Where we work

Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Novi, Ann Arbor and Farmington Hills are the six we know best, and each has its own guide. We also work throughout Metro Detroit, including Livonia, Dearborn, Redford, Royal Oak, Berkley, Ferndale and beyond.

“He guided us through the market and helped us really figure out what we wanted in our next house.”
